On Saturday, you are introduced to another teacher who only teaches on weekends. He invites you out for dinner and you gladly accept, having become extremely bored with sandwiches and ramen noodles and even more bored with eating by yourself.

He meets you after he finishes his class and takes you out for bulgogi (Korean BBQ). You find that you really like the idea of wrapping your food in a leaf, but find it odd that you have to cook it yourselves.

Along with the food, your new friend orders some soju, a clear alcohol with a chemical, but sweet-ish flavour. He continually announces "Bottoms up!" after each pouring and refills your shot glass immediately after you have drained it. He is clearly enjoying himself, and the soju goes quickly.

After a short while, the food and two bottles of soju are consumed. He suggests you move on to another locale for more drinking. Despite the amount of soju you've had, you aren't feeling drunk at all and readily agree.
