Your companions insist that you eat, but you continue to refuse. The food looks so unappealing that your appetite has disappeared entirely.

You sullenly lean back in your chair and watch everyone at your table talk and eat. You feel completely out of place. You understand nothing of what they say, the food looks terrible, and all the frustrations of the day come flooding back to you. You decide that it isn't worth it.

You wait for them to finish eating, allow them to take you into Miryang and your apartment. Once there, you tell them you are too tired for anything else. They nod and go. You wait an hour or so then quietly gather all your things and make your way to a taxi. Consulting your guide book, you decide to go to the train station and then to the Busan airport. From there, you use your remaining travelers cheques to purchase a standby plane ticket home, via Japan. Within a few hours, you are gone.

The adventure is over.
