You tell the owner that, due to the lack of prompt pay and insufficient housing, you have decided to try your luck in Ulsan. By the end of the week, a replacement for you is found and you are in Ulsan.

The school is terrible and the students are mean-spirited. The owner is a jerk and tries to scam you out of pay. The apartment is marginally nicer, but significantly smaller than your last one. It takes only one month in this hell-hole before you decide to give up and go home filled with anger and self-chastisement.

The adventure is over.
