You spend a sleepless night alone in a tourist hotel, the only one you could find that takes travelers cheques.

As the morning grows lighter, your mood grows darker. You sit on a chair, looking out the window at a dirty back alley, watching a drunken man stumble away, and listening to a pair of women argue loudly with each other about something completely incomprehensible to you.

You brood about what has happened so far on your journey. In your exhaustion and increasing depression, you decide that things are likely to continue on in this awful way and that it just isn't worth it.

You go back to the airport and use your remaining travelers cheques to purchase a plane ticket back to Seoul and a standby ticket home.

The adventure is over.
